Reservations

To ensure availability of preferred treatments, date, time and therapist, we strongly recommend scheduling appointments well in advance to avoid disappointment as most popular timeslots book up quickly and are subject to availability.

Appointment Policy

Credit card details are required at time of booking to secure appointments for treatments of 1 ½ hours or more and all group bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations and no-shows impact us significantly. The treatments you select are reserved for you. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule but we kindly ask for 24 hours notice as a courtesy to our therapist and waitlisted clients.

Cancellations and changes to treatments are accepted up to 12 business hours prior to your appointment without incurring a charge.

• All calls must be received during our normal business hours
• Less than 12 hours notice or failure to show for an appointment will result in full charges being applied
• When redeeming Gift Vouchers, late cancellations will incur a 50% deduction off your voucher
• When redeeming Gift Vouchers, failure to show for your appointment or less than 12 hours notice for cancellations will result in your gift voucher becoming void
• Repeat late cancellations and no-shows will require credit card details for any service

Arrival Time

To maximise enjoyment we advise arrival time 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you to check in, fill out or update your personal profile and start to unwind and relax.

Appointment Policy

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. If you arrive late for your appointment, please understand that your treatment will end at the allocated time that we have reserved for you so that the next client or therapist will not be inconvenienced. If you arrive late and your treatment has to be cut down, full price will be charged.

To Maintain Peace and Tranquillity

Though we love children, please do not bring young children and babies to your treatment, as this can be unsafe and very disruptive to those that are paying for a relaxing experience.

Special Health Considerations

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions or medications being taken as some treatments may not be suitable. Clients with certain health conditions may be advised to consult their doctor prior to seeking some services. If you are pregnant, modifications may be required to your preferred treatments.

Attire

Your comfort is our priority. We recommend comfortable clothing and leaving valuables at home. Escape accepts no responsibility for accidental loss or damage to property including theft. Your therapist will advise which clothes to leave on and maintain privacy at all times. We will provide you with robes, slippers and disposable underwear when required. Please do not hesitate to tell your therapist if you are uncomfortable for any reason.

Gift Vouchers

We would be delighted to help design the perfect pamper gift for individual treatments, packages or a dollar value. Phone and internet orders can be taken and vouchers can be sent out to the desired address.Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Any lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reclaimed and should therefore be kept secure.

Courses

Courses are available for any of our treatments on offer. Purchase 5 of the same treatment, receive 1 complimentary. Upfront payment is required.

Payments

EFTPOS, cash and major credit cards are accepted. Amex & Diners incur a small fee. Cheques are not accepted.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the discretionary right to refuse treatment.
