To Maintain Peace and Tranquility
To make yours and everyone's treatment enjoyable, we kindly ask that you respect the quiet and privacy of others by switching off your mobile phone before your treatment. Though we love children, please do not bring young children and babies as this can be unsafe and very disruptive to those who wish and are paying for a relaxing experience.

Communication
Please communicate with our therapist to ensure satisfaction and to customise your treatment to fit your needs.

Arrival Time Policy
To maximise enjoyment we advise arrival time 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you to check in, fill out or update your personal profile and start to unwind and relax.

Arriving Late Policy
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. If you arrive late for your appointment, please understand that your treatment will end at the allocated time that we have reserved for you so that the next client or therapist will not be inconvenienced.

If you arrive late and your treatment has to be cut down, full price will be charged.

Attire
Your comfort is our priority. We recommend comfortable clothing and leaving valuables at home. Escape accepts no responsibility for accidental loss or damage to property including theft.

Your therapist will advise which clothes to leave on and maintain privacy at all times. We will provide you with robes, slippers and disposable underwear when required.

Our team of professional therapists are trained in the art of towel draping to ensure your comfort.

Please do not hesitate to tell your therapist if you are uncomfortable for any reason.

Male clientele are advised to bring swimmers for any hydrotherapy services.

Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and no-shows impact us significantly. The treatments you select are reserved for you. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule but we kindly ask for 24 hours notice as a courtesy to our therapist and wait-listed clients.

Cancellations and changes to treatments are accepted up to 6 business hours prior to your appointment without incurring a charge.

Cancellations made less than 6 business hours prior to an appointement will incur a 50% fee. Our time, as is yours, is valuable. Booking of an appointment is acknowledgment of the following terms:

  • All calls must be received during our normal business hours.
  • Less than 2 hours notice or failure to show for an appointment will result in full charges being applied
  • If you arrive late and your treatment has to be cut down, full price will be charged for the time and treatments you originally booked in for
  • When redeeming Gift Vouchers, late cancellations will incur a 50% fee.
