Swedish Massage
Designed to soothe your body and mind, this relaxation massage uses slow rhythmic strokes and concentrates on easing nervous tension to reduce stress,relaxing tense and tired muscles. Stress reducing oils will relax and calm whist we use a variety of massage techniques and pressure to suit each person’s individual needs to promote health and wellbeing.

Stress Relief Back Massage
Reduce stress and tension by focusing on the back to relieve tight, sore muscles. Slow, rhythmic massage techniques concentrates on providing deep relaxation. A perfect antidote for stress.

Hot-Stone Therapy
Thermal stone massage is an age old therapy dating back 5000 years to India.
Stone Massage came from the healers using rocks from river beds and warming them either in hot coals or hot water. By placing the hot stones on cloth on the body and arranging them along the energy centres of the body, a healing process would occur. The heated smooth basalt stones used for massage have a tendency to relax the muscles and draw out muscle pain and discomfort. At Escape we use smooth basalt river rocks from Hawaii combined with our organic coconut oil for a true experience. Feel and share the mana (life force) of these special stones from the Hawaiian Islands.

Hot-Stone Massage
Hot-Stone massage is the perfect treatment to soothe sore, aching muscles, making you feel deeply relaxed and allowing you to release all the stresses held within your body. Using smooth heated basalt stones in a firm and rhythmic massage sequence, the direct heat relaxes tense muscles quickly creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The thermo-therapeutic warm stones effectively increase circulation achieving gentle detoxification, relaxation and a renewed sense of balance, whist the natural energies released from the rocks promotes harmony, peace and provides a spiritually grounded feeling.

Cancellation policy for re-scheduling or cancellation, 6 hours notice is required. Any cancellation of 6 hours will incur 50% charge, less than 2 hours will incur 100% charge. Groups of 3 or more incur a 24hour cancellation policy. Please arrive at Escape 10 minutes prior to treatments as we start on time and finish on time. If you are late please understand we cannot be expected to still give you your full time as that would be unfair to the next clients.
